3. Indicative Results

All results, assessments, and recommendations provided through our platform are indicative only. They are based on limited information provided by you and do not account for all factors that lenders consider. Actual eligibility, rates, and terms are determined solely by the respective lender after formal credit assessment.

4. No Credit Score Impact

Completing our guided assessment and submitting your contact details does not affect your credit score. No credit bureau check is performed by BizSaver. Credit checks are only conducted by lenders after you explicitly consent to a formal application.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information, (b) not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, (c) not attempt to circumvent any security measures, and (d) not impersonate any person or entity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSaver shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
